Book an appointment

Upon requesting an appointment you will receive:

• Confirmation of the appointment within 24 hours

• Access to a secure HIPAA compliant platform

• Links to digital health intake forms and practice policies

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following terms:

• You are over the age of 18 year old

• You will be located in the state of Colorado at the time of the appointment*

• You do not currently receive Medicaid

• This microclinic does not accept insurance. All fees are transparent including a detailed Good Faith Estimate which is shared at the time of booking. Payment is expected at the time of service.

  • New patient Visits: $375 for up to 50 minute appointment / Return Visits $125 for up to 25 minute appointment

  • *I can on a limited basis see patients from states other than Colorado. I currently have openings for patients from South Dakota and California. Please email me at drwolfe@kristenwolfemd.com to inquire about other states.

  • *I can only prescribe testosterone to Colorado-based patients.
